Ben Hall 

Ben Hall is a Worcester-based songwriter, musician, sound engineer, and Promotor with a passion for nurturing young creative talent. Specializing in guitar and vocals, Ben fronts the band Is the Pope, plays lead guitar for The Severn Collective, and also performs as a solo artist. He works as a live sound engineer across multiple venues, bringing technical expertise and musical insight to live events.

Ben is also the driving force behind the promotions company, Worcester Source, that curates local festivals and helps bring nationally recognized acts to the city’s historic venues. With over a year of experience teaching studio sessions, Ben is excited to share his knowledge of songwriting and sound engineering with the next generation, and looks forward to expanding his educational work into 2026 and beyond.

Kristian Rolfe

Kristian Rolfe (Kringo) is a Worcester-based singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and educator whose soulful blend of folk, blues, and reggae reflects a deep connection to storytelling and community. With years of experience performing solo and in bands across the UK, Kristian brings a wealth of real-world insight to his teaching.

Heading up the music department at Norton College Worcester, Kristian is passionate about inspiring young musicians to find their creative voice. Through Studio Sessions and songwriting workshops, he shares his expertise in Logic Pro, composition, and live performance—helping the next generation of artists turn their ideas into powerful, authentic music.
